Zulay Shenao was born in Colombia and is a Colombian-American actor. Her most famous role has been as Esperanza in her role in the Oprah Winfrey Network series 'If the love you have for someone isn't wrong'. Zulay Henao is also well-known for her roles in films such as 'Illegal tender', Takers and Boy Wonder, and ?True Memoirs of an International Assassin $1. She was born in Medellin Antioquia Colombia as a child and emigrated along with her family members to USA when she was four years old. Shenao, upon having completed high school, spent three years with the U.S. Army and went to Methodist College in Fort Bragg (North Carolina) during her time of duty.
